Shawn McCammon is the founder and managing shareholder of McCammon Law. Shawn has been practicing for over 20 years. Since opening his own firm, Shawn has focused on Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning matters, helping clients avoid probate, set up asset protection entities, and generally keep the state out of their affairs.

Having spent the early part of his career helping clients through probate and litigation, he saw the need to help clients avoid the court system altogether when possible and enjoys putting plans together for friends and family to that end. He works to make the estate planning process as friendly and helpful as possible. By purposely avoiding court and litigation work he is able to provide a more hands-on and personal experience for his clients, walking them through the process and explaining everything along the way.
