These are challenging times, and sometimes we all wonder what we can do to help others around us who may be in need.  I know our first responders especially need extra support during these times. While others practice social distancing at home, many of our first responders are on the front-line providing care in close proximity to others.   We would like to offer our thanks to all our first responders!

As a law firm practicing in the estate planning field, we would like to offer a hand to those out on the front lines. We recognize the importance of having certain critical estate planning in place and making decisions before it’s too late. Because of this we are offering a free Medical Power of Attorney to any firefighter, police officer, EMT, paramedic or direct healthcare provider in Texas.

We recognize that a medical power of attorney is only one piece of the overall estate plan each person or family needs, but for these at-risk individuals it might provide a little peace of mind that they will have the proper people making health care decisions for them in the event they are unable to do so themselves.
