What to Expect During Your Initial Call
Your first call will be with a member of our team who will take the time to understand your situation and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

This initial conversation helps us determine whether we’re a good fit to help you and how we can best move forward.

During the call, we’ll discuss:

  • Your current situation and any immediate concerns
  • Your goals for protecting your family and assets
  • Whether estate planning or probate services may be appropriate
  • The next steps based on your needs
If it looks like we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a consultation with the attorney to go deeper into your plan and provide specific recommendations.

Our goal is to make this process simple, helpful, and focused on what matters most to you.
Why This Step Matters
Many families put off estate planning until it’s too late. Without a proper plan in place, loved ones may face unnecessary stress, delays, and expenses.

Taking action now can help:

  • Ensure your wishes are clearly documented
  • Reduce the burden on your family
  • Avoid unnecessary probate complications
  • Protect what you’ve worked hard to build
