Jayne has a rich and unique set of life experiences.    She grew up in a culture which had the highest of value on Family.    She earned a degree in Psychology and then went to Law School.   She has over her 18-year legal career practiced a wide variety of Law.  She has worked on complicated Insurance coverage disputes, large property losses, general business litigation but most recently focused extensively on Estate Planning, Family Law and Mediation. 

Jayne values being a “Counselor at Law” and not merely an “Attorney at Law.”    She has developed strong listening skills and is highly motivated to help people avoid fear, worry, stress and conflict.   She is trained in the Collaborative law process and is a keen negotiator and mediator.  

At McCammon Law Jayne primarily focuses on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning; Business set up; Probate matters; and Elder Law.
